These terms govern use of Plumean Dparlour’s venue experiences and website-related enquiries. They apply, where relevant, to visitors, guests, members and people making reservations or enquiries for our luxury Australian dining, craft cocktail bar and offline poker lounge. Please read them before booking, attending, participating or arranging a private experience with us.

Dining and booking terms

Reservations and enquiries

Restaurant, bar and experience reservations at Plumean Dparlour are subject to availability. When making a reservation or contact enquiry, please provide information that is accurate and relevant to the proposed visit so the venue can understand the arrangement you are seeking. An enquiry may need confirmation or clarification from the venue before an arrangement is finalised. Guests are responsible for following the booking details, arrival information and any experience-specific conditions communicated for their reservation. A request submitted through the site is not, by itself, a promise that a table, bar experience or other venue arrangement has been confirmed.

Check the details supplied for your booking or enquiry before relying on them.
Respond promptly if the venue asks for clarification needed to arrange the experience.
Follow any communicated information relevant to your table, group or selected experience.

Changes, cancellations and arrival

If your plans change, please advise the venue as early as practicable so the arrangement can be reviewed. Conditions communicated for a particular reservation, private booking or event also apply to that arrangement and should be read carefully. Guests should arrive prepared to meet the details confirmed by the venue and should keep the venue informed if the size or nature of their group changes. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any handling of a change or cancellation will take account of the information communicated for the relevant experience.

Notify the venue as soon as practicable if you need to change or cancel an arrangement.
Review the conditions supplied for the particular booking, room or event.
Tell the venue where relevant details of the attending group have materially changed.

Venue service and availability

Service may reasonably be adjusted. Plumean Dparlour operates as a restaurant, craft cocktail bar and offline poker lounge, and the venue may adjust service or an experience where operational, safety, responsible-service or event considerations require it. We will seek to maintain a respectful and safe environment for guests and staff while doing so. This may involve reasonable directions about the timing, location or flow of a venue experience, without changing the hospitality-led purpose of your visit.

Card lounge participation

Card lounge access

The card lounge is an offline hospitality setting for social card play and related venue experiences. Plumean Dparlour provides dedicated poker tables, professional table dealers and premium card decks as part of that setting. Access and participation may depend on availability, event arrangements and reasonable venue directions on the day. Guests should understand the lounge as a social, hosted experience rather than make assumptions beyond the experience arranged with the venue. We ask participants to respect the shared table environment, the materials provided and the directions that help professional dealers maintain an enjoyable flow for everyone present.

Chips, club points and leaderboards

Official tournament chips, club points, prestige leaderboards and membership chip stacks are club and social-play features used within the card lounge experience. They are to be used only in the way venue staff direct and in connection with the applicable hosted activity. Guests should not assume that these materials carry a transferable value or meaning outside the venue’s communicated arrangements. Where a leaderboard or club-recognition feature is offered, its operation will be guided by the relevant venue information and the practical requirements of the occasion.

Use official tournament chips, club points and membership chip stacks only as directed by venue staff.
Treat leaderboards and recognition features as part of the club and social-play experience.
Do not assume that chips, points or recognition features can be transferred between guests or arrangements.

Table conduct and venue directions

Professional table dealers manage the hosted table environment and may give reasonable directions about seating, dealing, card handling and the pace of play. Guests are expected to treat fellow participants, dealers and other venue staff with courtesy. Premium card decks, official tournament chips, tables and other venue property should be handled with care. If conduct becomes disruptive or interferes with the experience of others, staff may address the situation in a proportionate way and guide the table toward an appropriate resolution.

Communicate respectfully with guests, professional dealers and venue staff.
Follow reasonable directions that support the table flow and shared experience.
Handle cards, chips, tables and all venue property with appropriate care.
Avoid conduct that disrupts the comfort, hospitality or participation of others.

Private arrangements

Poker tables and private rooms

Dedicated poker tables and private rooms are offered subject to availability, suitability and the arrangements confirmed by Plumean Dparlour. When you enquire through the site’s private-room or contact pathway, the venue may ask for information that helps assess the proposed experience. This may include a preferred date, general group details and the intended dining, lounge or table experience. The venue may communicate specific conditions for a room or dedicated table before confirmation. Please review those conditions carefully, as they form part of the practical arrangement for the requested experience.

Group responsibility

The person coordinating a private room or dedicated table should help ensure that invited guests understand the arrangements communicated by the venue. Each group is expected to treat room furnishings, poker tables, premium card decks, official tournament chips and other allocated materials with care. Guests must follow reasonable venue directions and any conditions provided for the event or private arrangement. These expectations help preserve the setting for the group itself, other guests and the staff hosting the experience.

Share relevant venue information with invited guests where appropriate.
Respect the allocated room, table furnishings and gaming materials.
Observe reasonable staff directions and communicated event conditions.

Changes to arrangements

Room, event and table configurations may change where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or hospitality considerations. Where practicable, the venue will communicate a material adjustment connected with the arrangement. This does not create a promise of a particular configuration, replacement or notice period; it recognises that a hosted venue experience may occasionally need thoughtful adjustment to support guests, staff and the wider environment.

Membership and club recognition

Membership hospitality

Membership card lounge hospitality is subject to the membership arrangements and availability communicated by Plumean Dparlour. Membership may relate to the wider dining, bar and card lounge experience, but it does not guarantee entry, booking availability or participation in any particular event or hosted table activity. Members should present or use membership details as directed by the venue and should keep information relevant to their membership arrangement current where requested. The venue may clarify or update membership-related arrangements from time to time so that hospitality can be administered consistently and respectfully.

Use membership details in the manner directed by the venue.
Read any membership information communicated for a particular experience.
Do not assume a membership feature applies where availability or arrangements have not been confirmed.

Club points and membership chip stacks

Club points and membership chip stacks are club-recognition and hospitality features governed by the venue rules communicated for their use. They do not carry an assumed transferable value, and no point conversion, expiry or redemption model should be presumed unless the venue has specifically communicated one. Guests should use these features only as directed. Where venue records are relevant to administering a membership or recognition feature, the venue may handle those records as reasonably necessary for that administration and in accordance with the site’s privacy information.

Use points and membership chip stacks only as directed for the relevant club feature.
Do not assume that a feature may be transferred, exchanged or applied to another guest.
Understand that any relevant venue record is handled for the limited administration of that feature.

Access and review

Where reasonably necessary for safety, respectful conduct, the integrity of a hosted experience or adherence to these terms, the venue may review, limit or suspend access to a membership or lounge feature. Any such step will be approached proportionately and with the responsibility to maintain a considerate environment in mind. This clause does not create an arbitrary power; it recognises the venue’s need to support a safe, welcoming and well-managed lounge setting for members, guests and staff.

Every guest is expected to contribute to a respectful environment across the restaurant, craft cocktail bar and offline poker lounge. Plumean Dparlour is designed as a considered hospitality setting, and courteous interaction helps protect the experience of other guests and the work of venue staff. The following examples are practical expectations rather than a detailed house code. They apply when dining, attending the bar, joining a card lounge experience, visiting a private room or moving through the shared venue environment.

Treat other guests, professional dealers and all staff with courtesy and respect.
Follow reasonable staff directions connected with the safe and smooth operation of the venue.
Take appropriate care of furnishings, cards, chips, tables and other venue property.
Avoid behaviour that unreasonably disrupts the comfort or experience of others.

Personal belongings and care

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending the venue and should keep personal effects secure. We encourage every guest to act with reasonable care when moving between dining, bar, lounge and private-room settings. This is a practical request intended to support a composed experience for everyone, not an alarmist statement or a substitute for guests making their own sensible arrangements for the items they bring with them.

Safety and service standards

The venue may reasonably limit service or participation. Plumean Dparlour may do so where it is necessary to maintain safety, lawful operation, hospitality standards or the experience of others. This standard may apply across dining, bar and card-lounge settings. Any direction or adjustment will be made with the aim of preserving a respectful environment, rather than using punitive or unnecessarily broad measures. Guests are asked to cooperate with reasonable staff guidance in these circumstances.
